I have more than 15 years experience working with Microsoft Windows, MAC's and Linux Operating Systems, a BSc (Hons) in Information Systems and a few other certificates. In practice this means I am able to deal with a wide range of hardware and software issues.

Some PC issues can only be resolved on site. An obvious example of this would be a Network, which needs to be setup where the PCs are located. I make home visits within the City of Oxford, charging a call out fee of £25. This fee is waived if you are on some Benefits, or if you are a pensioner.

Some issues can be resolved quickly but others can take a while longer to sort out. In these cases, it may be better to bring the problem PC to OPCS, so that it can be repaired for a fixed fee according to our scale of charges, rather than being subjected to the hourly rate.
